Once you have picked the perfect location, you then have the ability to make application online. Once your application is approved you will then receive an eLease via email. This will allow you the convenience of reviewing and signing your lease online without having to leave your home. Once you become a resident in one of our homes, you will then have access to your Tenant Portal. This will provide you the ability to make your monthly rental payments or to submit maintenance requests online and will help to ensure that any issues you may be experiencing are addressed as quickly as possible.
