Responsible for checking hotel guests in and out of their rooms. A few of the main duties of a front desk agent are greeting guests at the front desk, answering any questions, recommending activities and restaurants to guests, and answering any phone calls.
Management
Oversees team members in a certain department to ensure it’s performing effectively. Their main duties include hiring and training employees, creating and implementing business strategies and delegating tasks to team members.
